Forest Amla ( Nellikai  ) is a fruit of immense scientific importance as per Veda(s). It serves as a powerhouse of nutrition and possess high antioxidant level. Here with our regular green amla we also provide dried red color amla.

- Our Amla is not the hybrid version of the present. It is the "authentic & original" version of the past ( called as Nellikai with average diameter = 10 mm ) which even today is available in the forest and used to be cultivated by our ancestors.

- We provide it in dry form( Sun dried ).

- We wash, dry and debacterize the jar before filling in the product. Our glass jar(s) are FSSC 22000 certified.

- Dosage & Consumption :- Our recommendation is to consume 4 to 5 dry pieces every alternate day, preferably in the morning on empty stomach.  If difficult to eat it directly then crush it, add it to warm water and drink. 50 gm can suffice for 3 to 4 weeks.
